The World's Hardest Ball Handling Workout
Ok, I hope you know I’m just joking and definitely over exaggerating.
If you were truly about to close the page then you might want to do a quick self evaluation of your humor.
Or maybe I’m just not funny, lol.
Either way this is something everyone can try, but there is a reason I deemed it as the “World’s Hardest.”
You can try it and find out exactly what I mean.
How To Do This Ball Handling Workout
All you need is 1 basketball and about an 8 foot by 8 foot area.
This is definitely something you can do at home.
Each variation is executed with the use of one hand and the other hand does not touch the basketball.
Here are the different variations:
- Around the back right hand
- Around the back left hand
- Reverse around the back right hand
- Reverse around the back left hand
- Through the legs right hand
- Through the legs left hand
- Reverse through the legs right hand
- Reverse through the legs left hand
Quantity: Complete each variation 20 times
