BASKETBALL MOTIVATION TIP – MUSIC
I know waaay too many players that think they go hard, but the truth is that they don’t. The problem is that being a hard worker is relative. What that means is that what one person might think is working hard others might laugh at. In college my friend was like that. He would either lift weights, work on his conditioning, do a shooting workout, etc. everyday. He was developing ok, but was not getting the results he wanted. He asked me, “I do one thing everyday to get better. I’m working so hard but it’s hard for me to stay motivated without seeing results.”
To me that was not working hard. I was doing ALL of those things everyday and I thought I was a hard worker, but the truth is Kobe Bryant would probably laugh at my work ethic.
Anyways, to be hard worker you have to be self motivated and find little tricks that will not only get you to the gym, but help you get a productive workout in. Today I am talking about music. I know you probably already use music in your training, but watch the video below to get all of the points and I hope this basketball motivation tip can help you today!
