I’m not really sure how I feel about podcasting yet.
If you think that I should keep it up and you’re enjoying them make sure you let me know by leaving me a 5 star review on Itunes. I would really appreciate it and it would give me some feedback that I should continue with these.
In today’s episode we are faced with a strategy that some coaches use and most players hate.
I know I hated it when I had a coach that had this policy, but I totally understand it and I can even remember winning games because of it.
And by using this you can keep players out of foul trouble.
The strategy is a policy used by a coach that states if you get 2 fouls in the first half you will be subbed out and not return until the second half.
This doesn’t work for every team for reasons I discuss in the podcast, and there definitely are pros and cons to this strategy as well, but if you have a deep roster you might consider using this.
You can see exactly what all of those pros and cons are by clicking that play button below.

I also give you a little update on what I've been up to lately and answer a question from one of you out there in Baller Nation.
If you think I should keep those segments let me know, otherwise I think they can be cut out.
Most podcasts out there are around 30+ minutes and up until now mine have all been under 10 minutes.
Leave me a comment and let me know what you think is best.
And if you have any questions you want answered in next weeks episode leave your question in the comments as well.
